Prescriptions

There are ways to order your prescription:

• EMAIL us at nethertown.prescriptions2@nhs.scot - It is essential to include your name, date of birth and medication required.
• ECONSULT - Fill in an e-consult stating medication required.
• PATIENT ACCESS - For repeats only, online via Patient Access.  To access this service you must register face to face in the practice initially and will require ID in order to activate this.
• PHARMACY - Contact your appointed pharmacy who will order your medications for you.
• IN PRACTICE - There are prescription requests in the vestibule of the surgery.  Prescription requests can go in to the red box also located in this area.

Prescription requests will not be accepted over the telephone.

Please note: requesting a prescription does not guarantee this will be issued by the GP, it is the patient's responsibility to check after 72 working hours if the prescription has been issued or declined.
