Practice Manager - Grant Fender:

The Practice Manager is responsible for all business, staffing, systems, premises and financial matters relating to the practice and its relationship with patients.  

Care Advisor Team:

We have a team of Care Advisors who have been specifically trained and are very experienced.  They endeavour to help you receive the best possible service from the practice and, in order to do this, they may need to ask you questions regarding your enquiry.  The Care Advisors are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
