Managerial and Administrative Staff

Practice Manager:  

The Practice Manager is responsible for all business, staffing, systems, premises and financial matters relating to the practice and its relationship with patients.  They are the first point of contact should you wish to make suggestions about any aspect of the service we provide.

We also have a team of Care Advisors who have been specifically trained and are very experienced.  They endeavour to help you receive the best possible service from the practice and, in order to do this, they may need to ask you a few questions.  A brief explanation of your problem will enable them to suggest the right person to speak to, or arrange the most suitable time and place for you to be seen.  The Care Advisors are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
